Ceremony Decor

The ceremony decor will be just like this, magenta Dendrobium Orchids tied with a ribbon will be on the chairs, and hot pink rose petals will heavily line the aisle.

Rose Petal Toss

I ordered 12,000 rose petals from www.fiftyflowers.com, and you can split them up, so we'll use mostly hot pink petals for the aisle, and then white petals for the petal toss and to scatter in the suite.

Sparkler Send Off

I've been in love with this idea when I saw it years ago while helping my MOH plan her wedding.  Good news is our venue allows them!  We'll probably get them from www.sparklersonline.com, they will just ship them to our venue.

 Reception

We are having an In-Suite cocktail reception with food catered in, a bartender and open bar for our 40-50 guests.  After much going back and forth on what suite to go with, we will be having it in the L Suite at TheHotel at Mandalay Bay, the suite is 2,160 square feet, modern, two and a half bathrooms and about 27 sitting spaces, the bathroom is amazing and the sound system is great.

Uplighting

We will have fuschia uplighting by Woolard Productions, they were the cheapest I could find with good reviews. I think it will really transform the room to be more reception like.   www.woolardproductions.com

 Food from Masterpiece Catering

We will be having heavy appetizers from Masterpiece Catering.  Our menu will be Bourbon Chicken, Cedar Plank Shrimp, Crab Cakes, Chipotle Steak Skewers, Jack Daniels Meatballs, Chicken Brushetta, Spinach and Artichoke dip with bread, Macaroni and Cheese "muffins" and dinner rolls and butter.

Our Signature Drink will be Sangria, with real fruit.  It will be in a container like this.

Meet and Greet

Our Meet & Greet will be at RiRa Irish Pub in the Mandalay Bay Shoppes.  It is huge, has live music, great service and good drink and food prices.
